Default Shipping Speed and Service:
I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate. Shipping Speed Upgrade and Insurance:
Upgraded shipping speeds and insurance are available upon request.
Please remember that once Mane Message drops off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS's hands.
If you fear your package is lost please contact USPS. Mane Message is unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly. You may contact Mane Message for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance we cannot replace your items.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction do not panic! Please contact me
to let me know you need the shipping address to be changed. Please make sure I get back to you confirming that I received the change.
I do provide international shipping services.
Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.
I also ask that international customers be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package from Mane Message if it's being shipped abroad.
Regarding USPS custom numbers: It is normal for international packages to appear to have stopped being updated on the customs number when they leave the USA (often will stop being tracked in Los Angeles, CA). This is due to the fact that once the package leaves the USA it gets transferred to your local postal service and is no longer scanned using USPS's technology. Do not worry if this happens to your customs number. If you are concerned about the time it is taking please contact your country's postal service for more information.
California residents will be charged the applicable county's tax rate upon checkout.
Mane Message values its customer service and will happily accept returns for a full refund. Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping.
Substitutions are not available for pre-made hair accessory packages.
